program settings

• the windows versions stores its settings in the registry under key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AndreasSchmidt\WinFIG
• the Linux versions stores its settings in the user's home directory under ~/.config/WinFIG/WinFIG.conf

It is safe to remove the settings. WinFIG will restore them to the defaults on the next startup.
